As YELLA RAE LIMITED provides customized, labor-intensive professional services (Creative, Strategic, and Technical), we have established the following refund and cancellation policy.

1. Deposits and Kill Fees

  • Project Deposits: Many projects require an initial deposit (typically 50% of the total estimated fee) to secure studio time and initiate the project. This deposit is non-refundable once work on the project has officially commenced (e.g., discovery, strategy session, or initial design concepts).
  • Monthly Retainers: Fees for ongoing digital marketing retainers (e.g., Social Media Management, SEO) are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable.

2. Cancellations

A project may be canceled by the Client at any stage upon written notice to the Agency. In the event of cancellation:

  • The project deposit is forfeited.
  • Client is responsible for immediate payment for all work completed (hours incurred, deliverables produced, or milestones reached) up to the exact date and time the written cancellation notice was received.

3. Refunds for Completed Milestones

Refunds are not provided for creative services once a milestone has been reviewed, approved by the Client, and completed by the Agency. (e.g., Client has approved the final logo design concept, the files have been delivered, and the milestone invoice has been paid).

4. Technical Errors/Adjustments (Post-Launch)

For web design projects, Agency provides a standard 30-day “warranty” period post-launch to address any technical bugs or display issues identified in the original SOW at no additional charge. This does not include new features or significant design revisions requested after launch.
